It's innovative design features:

Ground Floor :
- fully equipped kitchen and dining room (refrigerator-freezer, gaz stove, multifunction oven/grill/microwave, dish washer, plates, ustensils).
- Living room room with contemporary glass ceiling, television, and adjacent study.
- Bathroom and separated toilets
- Two circular staircases go to the bedrooms.

1st Floor :
- Room 1 : 2 single beds, dressing room and bathroom, with separated bath, shower and toilet.

- Room 2 : 2 single beds, cupboard. Bathroom and toilet downstairs.

Outdoor place:
launderette with washing machine, tumble dryer and Iron.
Bike shed.
